The three basic requirements
for living in our communities are:
• You meet specific income guidelines
(which vary by location)
• You pass criminal and credit checks
• You have a good rental history
After looking at our information to find the community that's best
for you:
1. Use the contact info provided to talk to property management staff
who can tell you if there are any vacancies.
2. If there aren't openings, call your second choice. If there are no vacancies
at your preferred communities, be sure to check back regularly, or ask for a good time to call to see if any homes have
become available.
3. If there is a vacancy that meets your needs, make an appointment
to visit the apartments, discuss income requirements and rental rates,
and fill out an application. There is an application fee.
4. The application process typically takes 2-3 days for approval.
5. When you submit the rental application, pay the apartment deposit.
