Buying a home can be overwhelming.  There is so much to think about and so many new terms to learn!  This class will help you make sense of the mortgage process and help you figure out how to buy a home you can afford…and afford to keep!  Our new online class format makes the course accessible at your convenience. 

Cost & how to get started: 

  • The cost of the course is $45 for anyone.  The course is offered online and is available anytime.  To get started, click here.
  • If you are a Foundation Communities’ resident, the course is FREE.  Please click here for more details. 
  • If you are a current participant in Foundation Communities’ Financial Coaching Program, or had your 2009 taxes prepared at one of the Community Tax Centers, the cost for the course is $15.  For information on how to get started, please click here.
