At Garden Terrace, our primary goal in Resident Services is to support housing stability and help residents attain their maximum level of self-sufficiency. We strive to promote a community environment that fosters health, safety and friendship.

Services available to residents include:

Efficiency apartments for single adults. Each apartment includes a private bath with tub/shower and is fully furnished, including:

  • twin bed and mattress
  • bedside table

Kitchenette in each unit includes:
