Resident Services at Spring Terrace are designed to empower people with low incomes to take care of basic needs and maximize their self sufficiency. The Resident Services team will help residents with housing, income and self-care issues. They also offer classes and social activities based on the needs and interests of our residents.

Services available to residents include:

  • Free tax preparation
  • Financial stability programs
  • 24-hour computer lab
  • Food pantry, offered three Fridays of every month
  • Arts/crafts class, offered weekly
  • Social coffee hour, offered weekly

  • Referrals to community programs
  • Free off-site counseling services

Efficiency apartments for single adults. Each apartment includes a private bath with tub/shower and is fully furnished, including:

  • twin bed and mattress
