Our Home Builders are a leadership circle of people committed to creating housing and economic opportunities to help others succeed.

Anyone can join!  All you need to do is:

  • pledge to invest in the organization's work for up to five years
  • provide a flexible base of financial support for what we need most
  • help us leverage $1,500,000/year in additional private funds
  • receive recognition for your commitment and "insider emails" from executive director Walter Moreau
  • get a warm feeling when you think of us, and
  • enjoy invitations to special events like preview parties and family-oriented activities.

Home BuildersHelp Two Homeless Families Achieve Stability
$25,000 gift - $5,000/year x 5 years ($416/month)
Provide affordable apartment homes and intensive support to two families as they work to achieve permanent self-sufficiency.

Sponsor Children to Attend Free After-school & Summer Programs
$12,500 gift - $2,500/year x 5 years ($208/month)
Provide free youth programs that feed children's bodies, minds and hearts right where they live.

Help a Neighbor with Chronic Illness Live Independently
$5,000 gift - $1,000/year x 5 years ($83/month)
Provide an affordable efficiency apartment and supportive care that helps people with chronic illness achieve their highest level of self-sufficiency.

Help Renters Become Homeowners
$2,500 gift - $500/year x 5 years ($41/month)
Provide economic education and funds to match families' savings, making the dream of owning a home a reality.
